If you are unsatisfied with any led grow lights for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 60 days from the original purchase date. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. You will also need to pay the return shipping. All returns must be received in new condition or higher restocking fees will apply.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 business days of the light arriving in our warehouse. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it. If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
How Can I return an item?
In order to return any lights to eXtreme LED Grow Lights products you will need an RMA number – An RMA Number can only be issued by eXtreme Led Grow Lights.
1.Submit a request for your return RMA by contacting your sales rep or by calling our office during regular business hours. You may also submit your request online.
2. eXtreme Led Grow Lights will review the information you provided and respond to you within 48 business hours , no response? Try again.
3.You will receive a form to complete your request and provide us with additional information.
4.Once you complete your request with full information we will issue you an RMA number right away.
5.It’s time for you to ship the product out . Prior to shipping your product, please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package. And the package must be shipped within 3 days of receiving your RMA number. Warm note:Unauthorized returns will be refused at the door.
6.Let us know you have shipped the package out by email sales rep or calling our office during our business hours .
7.Upon inspection, any lights that have been broken, damaged, altered, or had the casing opened are not returnable and will have warranty status voided.”Damaged” includes but is not limited to water damage and damage resulting from being dropped and/or incorrect electrical connection.
8.Pass our inspection->we will refund you. Fail the inspection->non-refundable.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All return shipping fee will be covered by purchaser. We recommend using a carrier that has tracking capabilities when sending returns. The customer assumes responsibility for return shipping fees, insuring the return shipment, and filing any necessary claims for damaged or lost returns. Please be sure to ship your returns back with tracking and insurance as eXtreme LED Grow Lights are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. After 60 days all sales are considered final.
